Las bases para el excelente desempeño del cocinero profesional en el área de la industría alimentaría en Guatemala, es  lo mas importante. Por tal razón nuestro diplomado esta fundamentado en destacar las siguientes áreas:

  • Higiene y sanidad
  • Conceptos básicos y terminología culinaria 
  • Saborizantes y métodos espesantes
  • Salsas Madres
  • Métodos de Cocción

Entre otras técncincas que brinan las herramienteas adecuadas para el buen ejercicio de la profesión de cocinero profesional. Duración: 10 meses No. De días de clase: 1 vez por semana

Inscripción: La inscripción de primer ingreso para el Diplomado de Chef de Partie incluye:

Uniforme:  el cual consta de filipina, pantalón, gorro y gabacha.

  • Kit básico de cocina (Libro de cocina básica, pelador , cucharas medidoras y termómetro)


Mensualidades: Se deben de cancelar 10 mensualidades las cuales incluyen el 85% de ingredientes a utilizar durante el curso.
